Enaxion Partners take personal responsibility for diagnosis, audit, and project management & coordination in each and evrey client assignment.


When it comes to implementation, we search and hire interim managers on the market, based on specific requirements of each project. We take them onboard the project team, and provide tight supervision, coaching and support.


Those managers are mainly skilled executives who are available on the labour market. We approach and select them with the highly professional researchers and consultants from NEMROD, our partner specialised in executive search at top executive and experts levels.


Therefore, our goal when working with clients is not to staff our projects with our consultants to optimize their utilisation, but to source on the market the appropriate profiles that will bring the required expertise and experience to ensure success.


Where "classical" consultants make recommendations without having to implement them, managers we hire are first and foremost experienced professionals with more than ten years experience in their area, a proven practice of consulting, and entrepreneurial mindset who will be operational with the client. They actually implement the recommendations under our supervision, bringing the complementary expertise until the project is completed. As a result, projects we manage happen to be up to 40% cheaper for the client, compared to what classical consulting firms would bill for the same contribution.
